Prof. Juan Carlos Eichholz holds a Degree in Law from the Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University. He is also the Founder and Director of the Strategic Leadership Center at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Prof. Eichholz is an active opinion-maker in his country through his columns in the newspaper El Mercurio and through his participation in television, radio and newspaper debates. He has also helped in the creation of the Young Leaders Network, an organization which gathers 450 of the most influential people in the country, all under the age of 35.
In addition to his academic and professional credentials, Juan Carlos Eichholz has been nominated as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in Davos. He is also the Founder and a Partner of the Cambridge Leadership Associates Latin America, an international consulting firm that specializes in leadership and organiza- tional change. As an expert in this field, he has contributed as a speaker in various congresses and conferences in Chile and abroad, and continues his activities as a consultant to a variety of companies in Latin America, among others Oracle, Mapfre, Endesa, Procter & Gamble, General Motors, Citibank, Bayersdorf, CPFL.
