GLOBAL FIM Transformation Team We are looking for three Client Advisor Assistants to support our FIM Transformation Team for 6 month. To support our overall transformation efforts, a central team was created to handle special client situations. Our end clients are from all over the world and we are taking care about the relationships during a transformation period. The main responsibilities of the desk are: • Establish regulatory compliance of end-clients (including document management) • Various activities within the transformation efforts • Manage client shifts to WM/PK Markets • Clean-up activities Your daily work within the team will include dealing with our internal partners and external clients. |

Your competencies: • Experienced UBS client advisor assistant • Understanding day-to-day client business and handling of client requests • Good understanding of internal front tools like CAWB Private and front processes • Knowledge on MS Excel for efficient working on our transformation focus • Language preference English and/or German. Additional languages preferred (Spanish, French, Italian etc.) |
