Legal Counsel Private Banking International (based in Zurich)

• Opportunity to advise the front and other bank divisions with respect to all legal aspects of the private banking international business; covering all offshore markets of Credit Suisse, mainly in the field of UHNWI/HNWI clients booked in Switzerland.
• Responsibility to assess business projects and initiatives under legal aspects
• Responsibility to correspond with clients in particular with respect to potential litigation cases, which includes the negotiation of settlements
• Responsibility to establish and maintain standard and special client agreements as well as CS policies with a legal content
• Close collaboration with other internal specialist areas

You Offer…

• A law degree and qualification as an attorney
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in legal and regulatory matters, ideally in the financial services industry or a business law firm
• Strong communication skills and ability to reconcile divergent positions
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and precise
• A very good command of written and spoken German and English, fluency in Spanish would be an asset
