Ueli Frei graduated with a Master’s Degree in pharmacology from the Ecole Suisse de Droguerie and with an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He has considerable management experience in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Mr. Frei has been the Executive Director of FUNDES International, based in Costa Rica, since 2008.
Prior to this, Mr. Frei worked in senior management positions at Senn Chemicals (Switzerland), Química Suiza S.A (Peru), Novartis A.G. and CIBA – GEIGY AG in Chile, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Venezuela.
Mr. Frei is determined and excited to use his for-profit experience to unleash the full power of business and wealth generation in the service of human dignity.
